Case study
Sahara Stocks
I am building Sahara Stocks, the inventory system for Sahara Construction Supply. Every delivery and release is recorded as it happens, so the count on screen matches the stock in the yard.

How it came together
The challenge
The store kept its stock in a spreadsheet that drifted from what was actually on the shelves. Staff need to log a delivery or a release in seconds, and the owners need to see what is moving and what to reorder without opening the sheet.
The approach
999 items across 19 categories and 114 brands, with 7,703 past movements brought in from the old sheet. Deliveries, releases and adjustments are logged as slips and reviewed before saving. The dashboard shows units released, deliveries this week and the top moving items, and low-stock limits stay in sync with the Google Sheet. Items carry SKUs, locations and prices with markup and discount, a cleanup tool merges rows that never matched, and everything exports to Excel. Built with Laravel, Inertia and React.
The result
In progress.
