Vans4Sure moves homes and parcels across the UK. Pricing, booking and tracking happened over the phone and in messages; the platform lets customers do each of those themselves, and gives riders and staff one place to work from.

Vans4Sure LTD
A booking and delivery platform for a UK courier and removals company, built with Laravel, Inertia and React. Customers get an instant price and follow their job on a live map, riders accept and run jobs from their phone, and the team runs it all from one admin panel.

How it came together.
The approach
Two pricing engines that price a job as it is typed: by weight and distance for deliveries, and by the hour for man & van work and house removals. Customer accounts with bookings, live tracking and messages tied to each job; a rider side with a roster switch, nearby jobs, one-tap directions and label scanning; and an admin panel for orders, rider approvals, enquiries and reports.
